Paramount Business Assistant in Denver, Colorado
KCNC-TV is seeking an experienced professional to work as a Business Assistant.
Responsibilities
Assist all departments cross CBS Colorado.
Manage Outlook Calendar, schedule meetings, maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate catering, printouts, decks or anything needed for meetings or events throughout CBS Colorado.
Coordinate travel itineraries and travel-related expenses across all departments.
Process expense reports, perform invoicing, and create purchase orders for a variety of different areas across CBS Colorado.
Support on upper management projects on as needed basis.
Maintain mail/packages.
Assist in planning and executing internal and external station events.
Assist with CBS Colorado community initiatives.
Greet and escort guests to meetings and interviews.
Order and maintain supplies for break rooms and building.
Assist in scheduling and tracking weekly PSAs.
Assist with CBS Colorado Community social media.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
1+ years of experience in related area.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible, adaptable & have a creative approach.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Upbeat, friendly, self-starting, problem-solver, and positive.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $45,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
