Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) has provided tailored security solutions throughout the Gulf Coast for over 45 years. We provide armed and unarmed security officers to protect commercial businesses and assets. We also perform federal contract security and emergency response work. Our electronics division installs and maintains burglar alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems. We also monitor commercial and residential alarm systems. Job Skills / Requirements
We are seeking a Branch Manager with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the security officer staff in Colorado and Remotely in Pennsylvania.
Previous management experience is preferred. Prior law enforcement, military and/or 2 years of security experience is a plus. Full-time, salaried position, benefits offered include medical/vision/dental/life insruance, company cell phone, computer and company vehicle. Salary (exempt) range is $800-$1000 per week.
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a local Security Office
Scheduling security officer staff.
Fielding call-offs and filling vacant posts as needed.
Conducting Interviews and various aspects of the hiring process.
Scheduling officers for training classes. - Maintaining positive relationships with the client.
Performing regular inspections of the security staff. - Coordinating Licensing for security guards.
You must meet the following requirements:
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
-Sound communication skills and professional presentation.
Ability to work individually and also as a team member.
Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster, 7 days a week.
Reliable transport.
21 years of age or older.
Clean criminal background and pass a drug screen.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform routine foot patrols.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written skills.
Ability to make sound decisions.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
