TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Associate Superintendent- Service/Repair in Denver, CO.

Responsible for assisting with business operations so that the department functions in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support 3-5 service routes as an Associate Operations Superintendent Follows up with contractors on service activities; participates in work coordination and scheduling Visits job sites and observe quality audits to ensure that route work is being completed efficiently and in a cost effective manner Coordinate with mechanics and Operations on what materials need to be ordered for service, repairs, and orders parts Uses accounting reports to review call backs. Includes providing feedback, data and reports to management Takes part and assists with safety training, including job site safety audits and inventory/ordering of safety supplies Provides technical input to sales staff on the scope of work and materials needed to bid repair work Provides feedback to service manager prior to field evaluations and performance ratings Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all federal, state and local elevator industry code requirements Maintains strong familiarity of company products by attending company training classes and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods. Includes working with regional field trainers Performs other duties as may be assigned

Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000. The role offers a car allowance, fuel card, and a incentive program with a bi-annual payout. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Thorough knowledge of the construction and service industry and general management skills; or general business knowledge normally acquired though a Bachelor's degree; or two years experience managing on a branch departmental level; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to write reports and business correspondence Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
