_SCOPE OF POSITION:_
The primary responsibility of the Manager- Project Management (Platform)**is to oversee and guide project managers by discussing and reviewing contract and project requirements, follow up and communication through completion of orders. Review, evaluate and communicate material on site requirements with individual PM’s and coordinate meetings with appropriate production departments to ensure commitments are met. Provide support and guidance as necessary for PMs and identify potential issues by means of follow up meetings and through communication on individual jobs and details. Lead by example and represent the company as a professional and knowledgeable resource that can be relied on for successful and profitable completion.

Ability to understand and demonstrate the responsibilities of a Project Manager
Lead weekly meetings with the Project Managers to review statuses of all their projects
Knowledge of all the Project Manager orders and understanding how each project may be related or how certain projects affect one another
Mentor and support direct reports by understanding of each employees’ individual abilities, strengths, and potential for growth and document performance and establish corrective action plans as needed with the support of Human Resources
Set department standards and goals required for the needs of the business
Coordinate and prioritize any issues between Project Management and Operations.
Understanding of CS’s Rep and Sales network and individuals involved
Review project issues and provide solutions by developing corrective measures where problems or issues occur
Ability to prioritize urgent tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Review and coordinate holds on jobs scheduled for the week
Review Bill By Date/On Site Dates
Report and review with managers/shop issues with customers, CS representatives or internal drafting managers, territory sales managers or layout department as needed
Review lead times with operations
Review and approves payment of external Installer invoices
Provide and maintain monthly KPI and job status reports
Carry out other duties assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager
_KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:_(Minimum Education and/or Experience required)__
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 9-12 years of related experience, 4-5 years of management experiences preferred.__
Management, organizational, leader skills
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Knowledge of Construction and fabrication methods/processes
Knowledge of the construction industry
Understands AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam
Experience with reviewing architectural and structural drawings
Able to multi-task
Understanding importance of confidentiality
Professional conduct on Company time and property
