In this role, you will be welcoming our customers and governing processes for the following:
Role Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with guidance and help in processing their transactions.
· You will ensure that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules, and you will professionally deal with customers' inquiries in a timely manner.
Role Requirements
· Fluency in English and Dutch languages. Knowledge of additional language would be a plus.
· Customer service experience in money transfer operations and currency exchange would be considered a great advantage.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Experience in cash management.
· Strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools.
