Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position Is FULL TIME.
Responsibilities
Client Communication
Answer phones, greet clients, and schedule appointments with empathy and professionalism.
Record Management
Maintain accurate and organized client and patient records.
Administrative Tasks
Process payments, handle inquiries, and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with patience and understanding.
Hospital Operations
Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area and other areas of the clinic as needed.
Teamwork
Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent client care.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service role preferred. *
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Personal Qualities:
Friendly, compassionate, and able to remain calm under pressure.
