Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
Seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our dynamic team in a production welding jobbing shop. This role involves working in an open shop area, not confined to a booth, where you will collaborate with another welder to efficiently work on each project. Your tasks will include assembling and TIG welding racks and washers primarily using 12, 14, 16, and 18 gauge stainless steel, predominantly 16 gauge. Additional responsibilities include mechanical assembly tasks such as bolting, attaching parts, installing doors, hinges, latches, windows, stud welding, screwing, inserting gaskets, sawing pipes, and drilling. You will read and interpret drawings and BOMs to determine welding and fabricating requirements, ensuring all products meet specified tolerances and adhere to high-quality standards.

This is a fully on-site position in DELTA, British Columbia.
Work Environment
The position is based in a clean, organized shop environment with a team of about 44 workers, including fabricators, press operators, welders, and laborers. Work hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This is initially a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on project needs. Candidates are required to provide their own helmet and boots.
