The mission for the Role:

To ensure efficient supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment operations for India and international markets, while maintaining the highest standards in quality, cost optimization, and scalability to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Chain & Fulfillment
  • Ensure 98%+ on-time order delivery (domestic & international).

  • Manage 3PL partners, last-mile delivery, and oversee daily fulfillment operations.

  • Handle inventory, demand planning, stock audits, and ERP systems.

     2 .Quality Control & Compliance

  • Lead QC checks at warehouse; ensure <1% customer complaints and <2% return rate.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (FSSAI, FDA, EFSA) and error-free documentation.

  • Handle customs clearance within 3 days, with minimal additional costs.

3.Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage sourcing, PO processing, and supplier SLAs.

  • Ensure 100% PO fulfillment within 45-60 days.

  • Build strong vendor relationships and ensure backup suppliers for critical materials.

4 . Cost Optimization & Inventory Efficiency

  • Achieve 10% reduction in shipping costs and 15% improvement in inventory holding costs.

  • Improve warehouse efficiency and streamline inventory turnover.

5.Scaling Operations & Growth Management

  • Scale operations to handle 3X order volume within 12 months.

  • Set up local distribution hubs in international markets like Dubai & the EU.

  • Drive ERP automation for real-time visibility and reporting.

     6.Team Leadership & Problem Solving

  • Lead a high-performing supply chain team.

  • Identify bottlenecks, solve customs delays, stock-outs, and last-mile issues.

  • Continuously improve processes for operational excellence.

    Key Requirements / Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment roles.

  • Proven experience managing 3PL, last-mile delivery, and ERP systems.

  • Strong knowledge of quality control, compliance (FSSAI, FDA, Customs), and international shipping.

  • Expertise in procurement, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.

  • Ability to scale operations, manage distributor networks, and set up fulfillment hubs.

  • Leadership skills with a track record of building high-performance teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in metrics tracking and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Preferred Background:

  • Industry: E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Supply Chain, Logistics

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields

  • Certification (Preferred): Six Sigma, PMP, or Supply Chain Management certifications
