Award winning team with exceptional work environment. *Six Paid Statutory Holidays after 90 days probationary period. *One Week Paid Vacation Bonus after six months / 1960 regular hours. *Weekly pay by direct deposit. *Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews) Responsibilities: * Identify and troubleshoot batch QC result abnormalities and take action as able * Test all production samples as required - following SOPs as defined, performing test methods accurately, and recording all test results * Support project and continuous improvement work as needed to help maintain project timelines * Understand customer requirements and determine adjustments for batches as needed * Collaborate with other QC teams, production, and technical groups to independently disposition batches * Maintain all laboratory equipment and perform required calibrations as assigned * Utilize immediate production and project needs to prioritize daily activities * Maintain lab ancillary inventory, daily material stocking needs, and contribute to 6S * Understand, support, and maintain Delaware"s Quality Management System requirements * Support Departmental X matrix action items as assigned * Completion of development plans in entirety * Execution of RCA tasks as assigned Requirements: * Bachelor"s degree required * 1 year of academic or professional laboratory experience and proven ability to accurately apply laboratory methods * Ability to work night shift (2nd or 3rd) * Ability to work weekends as dictated by business need * Ability to work additional overtime as determined by business and project needs If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
