LAKE LAWN RESORT Grounds Attendant in DELAVAN, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: To keep the resort side of the grounds, clean from debris. -Experience in mowing, zero turn qualification. -To pick up garbage around all guest room buildings, i.e., paper, cigarette buds, etc. -Empty garbage cans on the lakeside of the property. -Rake seaweed as needed -Pull weeds. -Turns a complete notification of all work finished daily. -Wears protective equipment such as eye and ear protection when required. -Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Engineering and/or General Maintenance Supervisor. The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. Occasionally will need to climb, kneel and/or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The position is indoors and outdoors; and is exposed to hot, humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
