JOB REQUIREMENTS: To set up and service employee cafeteria providing a clean, relaxing environment for resort employees to take breaks and enjoy a meal. -Stocks food for employee cafeteria. -Maintains sanitary conditions in cafeteria. -Maintains proper stock of dishes, utensils, condiments and necessary food products. -Retrieves from kitchen replenishment of employees\' food. -Performs basic food preparations; slicing, chopping etc for employee cafeteria. -Assists in general department and other departments as required. -Punches in and reports to the Sous Chef and/or Garde Manger Supervisor on time and in full uniform for each shifts. Obtains Manager\'s approval prior to punching out. -Performs other related duties as assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Garde Manger Supervisor and/or Executive Chef. The employee frequently is required to walk; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The position is indoors; and is exposed to hot, humid and/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
