Description Position at Lifespark Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team! Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Located at: 1350 St. Peter Ave. E. , Delano, MN 55328 Shifts Available: Part time Days and Overnights, FT and PT eve. HHA Wage:$17.00-$22.00 wage is based on experience Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
