Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you'll be the key player in providing seamless customer order processing, managing customer master data, pricing, and contracts. Take charge of the complete delivery process, including transport for premixes, and handle complaint resolution while optimizing processes internally. Ensure top-notch customer service quality, optimize transport conditions with forwarders, and collaborate closely with sales in calculating blends and straights prices. Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and timely handling of the Order to Cash process in close collaboration with planning department.

  • Maintain and regularly update customer and country specific master data.

  • Monitor products on allocation and ensure that release is done in a timely manner.

  • Ensure internal and external communication by phone/e-mail/fax for all matters pertaining to customer issues.

  • Maintain surveillance of call-offs against contracts, delivery lead-times, pricing, MOV, item proposals and inform account management and customers accordingly.

  • Check and monitor credit limits in close collaboration with the account management and Finance.

  • Process and surveillance of Customer Complaints

  • Surveillance of return orders within the customer complaint process, replacement of goods, and all documentation/certificates related to the orders, i.e., orders confirmation, invoices, credit notes.

  • Monitor consignment stocks (if applicable)

  • Adhere to segregation of duties and SHE guidelines.

    You bring

  • Min. 2-5 years of generalist, commercial background followed by practical experience in Customer Service/and or transportation activities.

  • Familiar with Incoterms, liability matters pertaining to Insurance.

  • Familiar with ERP systems SAP

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet

  • Very good command of English and Dutch is a must.

  • Customer-oriented

  • Managerial / social knowledge and experience: flexible and open minded, communicative, and co-operative, enthusiastic and committed, business and process oriented, good telephone skills. Able to prioritize under pressure, team player, accurate and reliable.
