About You:
- Passionate about educating and nurturing children.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in early childhood education preferred but not mandatory.
- A team player who loves collaborating and learning from others.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in different classrooms and with various age groups.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing educational activities.
- Provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support the emotional and social development of children.
- Step in and adapt to various classrooms as needed, providing consistent care and education.
- Engage with parents and guardians to foster a sense of community.
