TEKsystems Customer Care Specialist in Deerfield, Illinois

Compensation

  • Level 1 (Typically Months 1-2): $45,000 Base

  • Level 2 (Typically Months 3-6): $47,000 Base + $2,000 Bonus Potential

  • Level 3 (Typically Months 7+): Full Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $50,000

  • Bonus potential: $8,000

  • Deferral Program Opportunity up to 15%

    Description

    Claims Specialists work one onone, via phone, with travelers who travel with and rely on mobility equipment. The traveler’s mobility equipment has been damaged by the airline, therefore, the CS functions as a case manager, handling each damage claim with the traveler from start to finish. CS’s work closely with technicians, airline

    staff and the travelers to find a cost effective, efficient, and compassionate resolution.

  • A-Z white Glove Customer Service

  • Thinking outside the box

  • Situational customer care approach - Out of the box critical thinking skills to take care of the customers

  • 40-50 customers at a given time (this is the total workload running)

  • Speak to customers every 2-3 days to provide great care

  • Manage your customers as you wish

Benefits:

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Basic computer skills

  • Customer Service Skills
