Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Purchasing Assistant in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The role involves working within the procurement department, focusing on the administrative side of contract management and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and route contracts

• Work within an ERP system to manage and streamline administrative tasks

• Prepare sales and purchase contracts as required

• Review and update existing contracts to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Explain contract terms and conditions to managers and other interested parties

• Ensure all contracts comply with company guidelines and regulations

• Maintain comprehensive records of original contract documents, modifications, payments, and correspondence

• Coordinate actions with legal and internal procurement teams as necessary

• Execute additional administrative duties as assigned

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain detail oriented email correspondence. Requirements • Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal teams

• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Solid experience with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management

• Knowledgeable in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proficient in composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word

• Experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts

• Ability to handle contract modifications in a timely and effective manner

• Understanding of contract terms and conditions, and ability to ensure compliance TalentMatch®
