Randstad is looking for an experienced Patient Account Specialist. If you are passionate about making a difference with patients and ensuring services are provided timely, we may have the job for you. This is a temp to hire opportunity with our client located in Deerfield Beach & Delray Beach area paying anywhere from $23-$25/hr based on experience. Able to provide great customer service a must. Responsibilities
Maintains a strict level of confidentiality for all company, departmental, and healthcare provider information.
Assists department with verifying benefits for all potential admissions.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly assignments as assigned by Manager.
Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
Excellent customer service with the ability to communicate with staff, referents, and clients,
Respond in a professional and timely manner
