Job Description: Are you a skilled CNC Mill Operator looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? Join our dynamic team for a 6-month temp-to-perm position where you'll set up and operate state-of-the-art CNC mill machines, program and fabricate precision parts, and work with cutting-edge equipment. Responsibilities:
Set up and operate advanced CNC mill machines.
Program and fabricate parts to exact specifications from engineering drawings using equipment such as lathe, HAAS Bar Feeder, HAAS Vertical Mill, SCMI Horizontal Router, and Filament Winder.
Achieve production goals and maximize machine utilization.
Perform inline inspections and manufacture fixtures and tooling as needed.
Run secondary operations like deburring parts, cutting raw materials, and providing general machine shop assistance.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and help maintain the general departmental area.
Work with diverse materials including plastics, Teflon, nylon, aluminum, and fiberglass.
Set up smaller runs (10-20 piece runs) and assist with tool changing, drilling holes, and inspection work.
Essential Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of CNC machine operation experience.
Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
Prior manufacturing experience.
Proficiency in setting up CNC machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent safety and attendance record.
Independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in general shop math.
Ability to perform responsibilities with limited supervision.
Self-starter, dependable, and able to complete tasks accurately and timely.
Adaptability to a fast-paced team environment.
Technical certification and/or equivalent work experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to train and mentor individuals with basic CNC skills and experience.

Work Environment:Experience comfort and safety in our air-conditioned work environment. Safety glasses are provided as part of the personal protective equipment (PPE). Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday work schedule.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
