Insight Global Business Analyst II in Deerfield Beach, Florida
Job Description
A client in the automotive industry is seeking a Business Analyst II with IT knowledge and strong presentation skills. The candidate will be providing Tier II Project support to the executive leadership and external customers/stakeholders for the business. This candidate will be tasked to build relationships and work in partnership with sister companies, and third-party providers utilized by this customer. This BA will be accountable for managing and delivering support requests, enhancements, and projects for assigned Business Unit / Products. This includes the planning, troubleshooting, facilitation of problem solving, and communicating of a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areas, collaborate with external and internal customers and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions, cross-training to learn applications across the assigned Business Unit application portfolio. Learn the processes and tools needed to perform the role effectively, creation and facilitation of testing strategy, test plans and test scripts, serve as the conduit between the business partners and the technical team through triage, research, requirements, testing, and support, collaborate with technology teams, business teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to perform daily activities, lead in identifying the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders. Lead assigned initiatives. Communicate status, issues, or risks to management and stakeholders. Elicit, understand, interpret, and represent functional and non-functional requirements including business and stakeholder requirements, data and information requirements, data
integration, metadata, data quality, service levels, and performance. Wecan pay 30/hr for this role.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong professional experience as a BA in an enterprise setting
Comfortable hosting high level calls, live webinars, and/or presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership to discuss project updates/trends
Experience gathering requirements and interacting the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
Experience working in a Scrum/Agile Methodology
Background or general experience within IT / IT Knowledge from education or work experience
Exposure and/or work experience troubleshooting applications as a Project BA
Experience with Jira, confluence, or Azure DevOps Boards
Experienced with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint CBAP certification
Strong SQL and/or knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, data conversion processes, techniques, and/or tools null
