Description

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Onsite Call Center Agent, your primary function will be the management of inbound and outbound calls, aiming to address customer's needs, resolve their issues, and achieve customer satisfaction. This role will involve direct interaction with customers, excellent communication skills, and unwavering professionalism are a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

  2. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

  3. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

  4. Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.

  5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

  6. Ensuring that all customer information and call records are accurately documented.

  7. Cooperating with members of the management and other teams.

  8. Participating in training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to better understand company’s goals and expectations.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.

  2. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment.

  3. Computer literate and comfortable using CRM software.

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  5. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  7. Available to work shifts and occasionally on weekends

  8. Capable of maintaining a positive attitude while managing a high volume of calls.
