We are seeking an energetic trainer with a minimum of 3 years' experience training groups of at least 20 individuals, and experience working with adults and/or children and their families in community based human service programs. The Safety Trainer will be responsible for providing de-escalation safety trainings to create a positive impact on the well-being of the staff and people served.

Required Skills

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience training groups of at least 20 individuals

  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills for in person and virtual trainings

  • Willingness to become certified in Welle De-Escalation Safety Training

  • Experience working with adults and/or children and their families in community based human service programs preferred

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
