Director of Training and Compliance
Riverside Community Care is seeking a dynamic, systems-driven leader to serve as the Director of Training and Compliance within our Developmental & Cognitive Services Division (DCS). This role is central to building the internal infrastructure that supports program quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance across more than 40 programs. The DTC will lead the design and oversight of division-wide training systems, internal audits, and licensing readiness, ensuring that the right structures are in place to support staff success, documentation accuracy, and program accountability at every level.
This role is about making systems visible, sustainable, and actionable. The Director of Training and Compliance will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to embed training, compliance tracking, and corrective action planning into daily practice, not just during licensing windows, but year-round. With a focus on transparency, consistency, and workforce readiness, the DTC will help drive a culture where staff are well-equipped, expectations are clear, and quality is both measurable and lived.
The Director of Training and Compliance will:
Build and manage a division-wide training infrastructure for all staff and leadership roles
Lead internal audits and spot checks to ensure regulatory and documentation compliance
Develop dashboards, reports, and escalation systems to track corrective actions and compliance trends
Maintain the division’s policy library and ensure training alignment with DDS, MassAbility, and agency standards
Collaborate with AVPs and program leaders to embed training and compliance systems into daily operations
Champion a culture of continuous learning, safety, and shared accountability
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (40 hrs)

Required Skills
Experience in training systems, compliance, or quality assurance (5+ years required)
Familiar with DDS regulations and human services best practices
Skill in audit and tracking systems, performance data, and documentation tools
A strong communicator with exceptional follow-through and system-building ability
Comfortable driving results through partnerships, coaching, and visible leadership presence
Valid driver’s license and regular access to reliable transportation to travel frequently across the state/programs
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, healthcare administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in training systems, quality assurance, program compliance, or workforce development
