The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:

  • Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.

  • Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions

  • Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers

  • Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction

  • Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences

What you'll do...

The Production Assistant will have the primary responsibility of supporting our in-house production department in a variety of ways during pre-production and production. This candidate will also have the opportunity to grow by learning the basics of the Production Coordinator role, the Studio Manager role, and the Camera, Light and Sound Manager role. The production assistant will have a chance to contribute new ideas, while focusing on their own growth and development in production. We may request a reel of your college or professional work to demonstrate your talents

  • Assist and support all areas of pre-production and production; with a focus on learning and growing your own skills by supporting the production team

  • Learn and support post production, under the guidance of the Post Production Manager

  • Aid the other Production Assistants on the team, providing support and being a team player

You'll have...

  • High School degree

  • 2+ years’ experience in entertainment/marketing/advertising on-set with camera production

Even better, you may have...

  • Associate's Degree

  • 5+ years of professional experience working on camera teams, either in-house or on-set

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in Adobe CC (including Premiere, After Effects, Audition), Davinci Resolve, MS Office (including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
