GREEN BAY NURSERY Garden Center Cashier/Salesperson in DE PERE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. Help customers find the location of products. Greet customers entering establishments. Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Process merchandise returns and exchanges. Answer incoming phone calls. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must have strong customer service skills, computerized cash register experience. General knowledge of plants and plant care or a desire or willingness to learn.
