Our client, a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - Nights
Location: Dayton, Texas
Pay Range: $25 - $36 per hour
What's the Job?
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems and components of industrial machinery.
Conduct equipment inspections for proper operation and mechanical integrity.
Utilize electrical diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, relays, and motors.
Lubricate and maintain all equipment during normal operations and scheduled preventive maintenance.
Create and modify work orders within the CMMS system, recording logs and follow-up work.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Broad technical training with knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic multimeter functions and electrical safety practices.
Experience with CMMS systems
