Position/Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner supporting Engineering groups Department: Human Resources Reports To: Manager, HR Business Partners POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of Human Resources (HR) solutions aligned to the business and strategy of assigned departments. Working collaboratively with executive-level leadership, the Senior HR Business Partner (BP) will build and develop effective relationships with the leaders, managers, and employees within a large business until, acting as a strategic advisor to influence and execute HR processes and initiatives to support business goals. This role provides strategic consultation and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including, but not limited to: talent strategy, organizational design, change management, executive coaching, succession planning and strategic workforce planning. The Senior HRBP also plays a key role in driving organizational culture, fostering a high-performance environment, and supporting strategic HR projects. To be successful in this role you must possess a comprehensive and practical knowledge of HR practices, strong skills in relationship building with leaders at all levels, strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving abilities, high attention to detail, strong prioritization and project management skills, and be creative and flexible. This position has a strong emphasis on talent strategy and engagement and requires a demonstrable skill in supporting fast-paced, high-growth departments within AtriCure. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Collaborate with VP and C-level department leaders to provide strategic guidance for talent processes and execute upon associated activities to support the business Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy and plan to lead in-depth projects and initiatives with a focus on people, change management, organizational design, and team strategy Provide support and strategic coaching to leaders on HR-related solutions, programs, and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives Drive initiatives to help foster a positive company culture, focusing on diversity, engagement, and retention Gather and/or analyze feedback from assigned departments (including utilizing data from our annual engagement survey), and partner with HR and leadership in identif
