Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment, and possess strong administrative skills. The Training Coordinator will play a vital role in managing employee training records, ensuring compliance, and providing support for various HR-related functions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Training Records Management: Maintain and organize training records for all employees, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Training Compliance Monitoring: Track employee training status and progress, identifying employees who need to complete specific training. Keep an up-to-date Excel spreadsheet to monitor compliance, deadlines, and training schedules.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding training requirements. Communicate regularly with staff via email to remind them of required training submissions and provide assistance as needed.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • HR Support: Provide additional HR administrative support as needed, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, assisting with benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure all training and recruitment data is accurately entered into HR systems and produce reports as needed for management review.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR leadership to identify and implement process improvements related to training, recruitment, and other HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • HR & Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and training coordination.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to maintain spreadsheets, track training compliance, and generate reports. Experience with other HR software or systems is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Team Player: A collaborative and positive attitude toward working with others is essential.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
