Learn more about us at ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, fax, and processing customer orders. Assist customers in verifying product needs, identify product availability, process deliveries, returns, and assist in obtaining documentation such as MSDS or COA forms. Resolve pricing issues in conjunction with the Sales department. Follow up with customers on past due invoices. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with other internal teams to ensure customer/order objectives are met. Provide feedback to manager(s) with reference to trends, possible problem areas and suggestions to improve overall departmental/company goals. Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries as needed. Data entry and information gathering from the ERP System as well as other web-based platforms. Assist Hawkins Transportation with the daily delivery schedule to ensure customer expectations are met. Other duties as assigned ABOUT YOU 1 - 3 years related customer service experience preferred Demonstration of active listening and strong problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written skills Computer knowledge: MS Office experience required. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task under various time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
