Actalent Architectural Drafter in Dayton, Ohio
Actalent is currently hiring an AutoCAD Architectural Drafter to support a large convenience store and fuel station chain headquartered in Enon, OH. As the Architectural Drafter you will supporting two major initiatives: interior remodeling projects and civil site development for a new food program that is being implemented in existing stores.
You will be tasked with using AutoCAD to do civil site development, interior remodeling for existing stores, floor plan adjustments, merchandising, and equipment resets (placing the equipment in new places throughout the store). You will spend 50% of your time completing civil site development and 50% completing interior remodeling (floor plan adjustments, merchandising, equipment resets). The projects that you will be tasked with will include new site concepts, food service remodel work, and standard document updates.
You will be an Actalent consultant supporting the client and as an Actalent consultant you will be paid hourly, eligible to receive x1.5 pay for any hours worked over 40, benefits (health/dental/vision insurance), 401k, and holiday pay. As an Actalent consultant, you will be supporting the client for a 6 month project that has a strong possibility of going on longer.
