Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking an Acquisition Education Research Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Engineering and Management (AFIT/EN) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. AFIT's Graduate School of Engineering and Management focuses on high-quality graduate education and research. EN works on the leading edges of the technological disciplines that keep the Air Force dominance in defending the nation. The school serves the Air Force as its graduate institution of choice for engineering, applied sciences, and selected areas of management. The appeal for the school's distinct educational opportunities is widespread and attracts high quality students from the other United States (US) armed services, Government agencies both inside and outside the Department of Defense (DoD), coalition countries, and US citizens (civilians) from across the country. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Assess/research areas associated with the emerging topics, develop Courses of Actions (COAs) related to educational opportunities (new or modified continuing education courses), and implement new curriculum as appropriate. Utilize education and research expertise to quickly and efficiently assess critical acquisition and logistics topics or potential education gaps and convert the results into actionable COAs. Take requests from leadership concerning acquisition and logistics education, assess educational needs, research available sources (to include DoD and civilian universities), suggest useful COAs, and create proposals for educational opportunities that would be turned over to a schoolhouse for rapid development and delivery. Create workshops or seminars to address the required topics and/or lead modified or new professional educational opportunities, as required. Demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of the DoD and AF acquisition process (to include agile development and rapid prototyping) and execution of cost, schedule, performance, and risk of a program. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: NACI or ability to obtain a NACI MA/ MS degree related to Program/Project Management and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed or, BA/BS degree related to Program/Project Management and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD or, Twenty (20) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the respective technical/professional discipline, eight of which must be in the DoD Must have an excellent understanding across all phases of the acquisition process and functional areas in order to address emerging areas across multiple skill sets Must have a comprehensive understanding of industry mana
