Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster a collaborative project environment.

• Engage with technology vendors and consultants to facilitate collaboration.

• Develop and implement detailed technical project scopes, establishing clear objectives, deliverables, and timeframes.

• Escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring clear communication and resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.

• Push continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery of IT projects.

• Ensure that operational activities align with overall business strategy and technology initiatives.

Requirements • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in an IT project lead role.

• Strong communication skills are required to effectively convey information and ideas.

• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is essential.

• Proficiency in Project Life Cycle Management is a must.

• Basic Network Troubleshooting skills are necessary.

• Experience with business systems is required.

• Change Management experience is a key requirement.

• The ability to lead technology initiatives is essential.
