We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and manage financial records with a high degree of accuracy
Process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing activities
Maintain and organize financial files and documentation
Support the accounting department with administrative tasks and reporting
Assist with payroll, budgeting, and audit preparation as needed
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Requirements
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
1+ year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
