Eurofins Senior Marketing Coordinator in Dandenong South, Australia

Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 300 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater. 

  • Part time position based in Dandenong South, VIC. 

  • Shift includes 3 days per week, with flexible days and hours depending on the candidate.

  • An extra 1.5% superannuation paid on top of National standard rate. 

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and business development efforts within Australia. This position involves creating marketing materials, coordinating events, and developing strategic marketing plans.

Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning and Budget Management.

  • Content Creation and Marketing Support.

  • Event and Campaign Coordination.

  • Collaboration and Workload Sharing.

  • Stakeholder Engagement.

  • Communication and Digital Content.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting.

  • Campaign Execution and Optimisation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will obtain the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or similar.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in content creation.

  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with other team members and manage shared responsibilities.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the success of both local and international projects.

  • Flexibility for local and international travel, as required by business needs.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
