Full Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant –Wound Care –Danbury, CT – 60 miles from NYC

Danbury Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Wound Care and Hyperbaric Services team at Danbury Hospital in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut. Danbury is located about 60 miles northeast of New York City.

The ideal candidate will be a board certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous experience in wound care and/or hyperbaric services.We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive salary, generous benefits, and allowances for CMEs and Dues.

Established in 1885, Danbury Hospital is a not-for-profit community hospital providing Greater Danbury area residents convenient access to exceptional care. Danbury Hospital has 371 beds and is a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 70,000 ED visits per year.

Danbury, Connecticut, located in Fairfield County, is about 60 miles northeast of New York City and 60 miles west of Hartford, CT. As part of the greater NY metropolitan area, the city of Danbury enjoys both proximity to New York City culture and access to a wide array of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing and boating in state and regional parks and preserves. The area offers a variety of excellent housing and highly rate public and private school options.

Specific Requirements:CT State RN and APRN license or PA license, CT Controlled Substance Registration, Federal DEA.

Salary Range:

$105,000/yr.- $150,000/yr. (commensurate with experience)
