Excellent Endocrinology Opportunity in Danbury, Connecticut (Fairfield County, 60 miles from New York City)

Danbury Hospital, part of Nuvance Health, is seeking a 6th Endocrinologist to join our established and growing practice in Danbury, Connecticut. New and recent graduates welcome, including 2024 graduates. Generous sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided .

Danbury is located in suburban Fairfield County, about 60 miles northeast of New York City and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York. The practice includes five Endocrinologists, three APPs , and excellent support staff. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses. The practice prides itself in the stability of its physician staffing and values the importance of a work/life balance.

The ideal candidate will be board certified in Internal Medicine and board certified/eligible in Endocrinology and looking to join a dedicated and collegial team with some teaching responsibility to residents and medical students. The position is mainly outpatient with some inpatient consults at Danbury Hospital, located just minutes from the office. There will also be opportunity to expand coverage to other area office locations as we continue to grow the practice to meet the needs of our large primary care referral base.

Established in 1885, Danbury Hospital is a not-for-profit community hospital providing Greater Danbury area residents convenient access to exceptional care. It consists of 371 beds and is a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 70,000 ED visits per year. Salary Range:

$270,000 - $325,000 annually, commensurate or relative to experience.
