Job Duties
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform quality and timely minor/routine repairs and maintenance in units and throughout property in a safe manner
- General building and grounds maintenance
- Complete items on Service Requests for units and property
- Perform preventative maintenance in units and throughout property.
- Perform purchasing and inventory control of supplies and parts.
- Perform repairs and maintenance for emergency situations.
- Painting, fixing wall damage, replacing fixtures
- Landscaping duties may also be assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as an apartment/property maintenance worker is preferred
- Experience with appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairsrequired
- HVAC or EPA certification is highly preferred
- Musthold a valid driver\'s license, be able to pass a drug test and a background check
