Adecco US, Inc. Manufacturing Production Coordinator in Dalton, Georgia
Adecco Permanent Placement has partnered with a client in the Dalton, GA area to recruit and hire a Manufacturing Production Coordinator. This role will ensure seamless material flow, manage inventory, and provide support to customers, vendors, and the organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of materials and products to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with purchasing and planning to establish material requirements
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels to meet production demands.
Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and expedite as needed.
Create and maintain documents for engineering and maintenance staff, including meeting notes and label information.
Track and log engineering capital requisitions and asset assignments
Oversee day-to-day office tasks, monitor workforce, attendance, personnel records and other administrative functions as needed.
Support project start-up by coordinating material and resource needs with engineering changes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in materials/inventory management, production scheduling, logistics, or similar role
Associate's or Technical Degree in relative field preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
Base salary in the $55k-60k range
