Director of Strategic Accounts – Antiseptics, Gloves, and Wound Care
Location: Texas (with additional account responsibility in Kansas City and Denver)

We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Accounts to oversee some of our most important IDN relationships across Texas, as well as key accounts in Kansas City and Denver.This is a high-visibility role focused on value-based selling of our premium Antiseptics, Gloves, and Wound Care product portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a polished strategist and trusted partner with executive-level stakeholders—one who thrives in a complex, team-driven sales environment.
This is more than a traditional sales role. It’s an opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, influence buying decisions at the C-suite level, and protect and grow Mölnlycke’s premium brand positioning.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute account strategies for large, strategic IDNs
Build and grow relationships with executive decision-makers and influencers
Lead and align cross-functional teams including Regional and Territory Sales Managers, Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Finance, and Contracting
Drive value-based selling initiatives and present clinical and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders
Develop quarterly business reviews and strategic business plans for each IDN
Consistently deliver against sales targets and organizational goals
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in CRM
Travel up to 60% across Texas, Kansas City, and Denver

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
Demonstrated success with large account/IDN selling and negotiating complex contracts
3+ years of leadership experience (formal or informal), preferably as a Regional Sales Manager or similar
Strong clinical acumen; nursing or clinical background highly preferred
Experience selling premium or differentiated products in a total-value sales model
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and influence across matrixed teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
