Pay Grade: 14
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

Job Summary
The Strategic Project Management Strategist will work with the regional leadership team to guide training and development of team members. The ultimate goal of this individual is to deliver exceptional hospitality and accomplish administrative tasks in line with all client and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures successful project deliverables
Attends assigned project meetings, collects and cascades back all key/critical project information
Schedules and reviews project timelines with various stakeholders
Contributes to operational standards and excellence during all projects
Motivates team members to deliver excellence
Works closely with a variety of cross-disciplinary regional stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to travel up to 75% within territory (Texas, Colorado, Arizona)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
At least 5 years of management experience, Project Management experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate, motivate and interact with multiple levels within the organization
Must be creative thinker, with demonstrated excellent follow-through
Demonstrate acute attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills and consistency
