Dallas Comedy Club Stand-up Comedy Coach in Dallas, Texas

  1. Design Improv and Stand-Up Curriculum for All Skill Levels (30%) Develop lesson plans tailored to the varying skill levels of participants. Collaborate with other staff to regularly review and enhance the curriculum, incorporating new teaching strategies and materials as needed. Attend training sessions conducted by recognized top performers in the field.

  2. Demonstrate and Coach Comedy Improv Stage Presence (40%) Foster a welcoming and creative environment that helps participants feel comfortable and inspired. Instruct and lead Improv and Stand-Up classes. Provide clear and effective guidance and instructions to participants.

  3. Provide Constructive Feedback to Participants (20%) Assess courses and participants progress to make necessary adjustments to the curriculum. Offer constructive feedback to students, keeping them informed of their progress in class.

  4. Act as an Ambassador to Promote the Improv Training Program (10%) Lead and organize students improv and stand-up comedy showcases, performances, and events. Promote the curriculum and events to enhance program visibility and participation.
