Responsible for developing collaborative working relationships with stakeholders in the high value customer journey as well as the operation to ensure consistency and a seamless customer experience
The role plays a critical part in driving improvement while working closely with many stakeholders to align priorities and execute projects
This role is part of the Premium Guest Services Operations Strategy team within the Inflight Operations group
What you'll do

Assist the Premium Guest Services culinary team with audit entries
Process invoices/accounts payables
Order club and kitchen equipment
Assist with budget preparation and reconciliation, including month-end close
Process Admirals Club renewals and refunds
Update required manuals
Coordinate business partner access within Admirals Clubs
Acts as backup for various support functions
Assist with managing department email inbox
Ad hoc duties, as assigned
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
High school diploma
Previous administration experience
Able to travel with short notice (including weekends and holidays) and work long hours (12-14 hours/day) under stressful, varying conditions
Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
Proficiency of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Knowledge and experience using Coupa, native SABRE, Soleil, Ventana
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Experience in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent analytical, organization and planning skills
