About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Training Coordinator to join our Field Ops Training team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping others grow, and can confidently facilitate in-person training and coaching sessions for new and existing Field Technicians. If you’re a strong communicator, natural leader, and adaptable problem-solver, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate engaging, hands-on, in-person training sessions for new hire Field Technicians
Demonstrate and coach technical skills required for success in the field
Manage and execute local training programs from start to finish
Partner closely with local Field Operations leadership and teams to support ongoing development and performance
Track training progress and provide feedback to trainees and stakeholders
Continuously assess and improve training programs to meet business needs and drive results
Represent the Training team with professionalism and a commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in training facilitation and/or program management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Coachable, collaborative, and open to feedback
Technical knowledge or experience in Field Operations is high preferred
Previous experience at Vivint or in a similar field service industry preferred
Project management skills are a bonus
