Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for a Siemens MES Opcenter Architect to join a world renowned cloud corporation, servicing a automotive client. The Opcenter Architect is responsible for leading a team of developers for creating solution using Opcenter FN / EX DS modules. The daily requirements will include configuring & Developing software to fix errors, adapt it to customer requirements, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. Directing system testing and validation procedures, directing software programming and documentation development, etc. The Opcenter Architect will be expected to consult with departments or customers on project status and proposals, technical issues including system design and maintenance, and analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems. We are targeting a strong candidate with enterprise experience and ability to quickly adapt and integrate into a large organization. This position is a 6-month contract with extensions, must be able to travel to Liberty, NC or Dallas, TX as needed.

Skills and Requirements
-Experience designing configurations & development using Op center EX FN/EX DS, Siemens Digital Logistics and Opcenter Intraplant Logistics
-Relevant domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or supply chain
-Experience leading 1-3 Siemens MES Opcenter implementations
-Hands on experience of Opcenter EX FN / EX DS 3.3 onwards
-Must be knowledgeable in both front end and back-end development and understand concepts of software engineering in the Opcenter Modules.
-Must have solid skills in Visual Studio, MVC paradigm, Rest API, OData protocols and C /C# programming.
-Must have knowledge of the various OOTB Apps and their usage.
-Experience using Mendix for UI
-Good understanding of shop floor systems integration
In depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Opcenter Execution Discrete null
