About the Team

The Office of the CDO supports the Strategic Platforms Organization and its charter is to represent and execute the values and vision of the Chief Digital Officer, while supporting the SPT organization in achieving identified business goals. We are accountable for the human capital strategy including the employee lifecycle, vendor performance management, organizational communications and financial oversight.

About the Job

These roles are accountable for leading the execution of our human capital strategy, ensuring the operating model and resources are aligned to support our hybrid business and technology organization - implementing the restructure of our internal and external resource model supporting lean-Agile methodologies, resulting in increased productivity and efficiencies, while driving overhead and cost out of the business.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

  • Overseeing talent recruitment and acquisition activities

  • Project managing the expansion of offshore development centers

  • Performance management of vendor contracts

  • Liaison for human resources, talent attraction, talent acquisitions, vendor management and external vendor partner organizations

  • Subject matter expert for human capital processes and procedures

  • Single point of contact for Strategic Platforms organization for internal and external staffing needs

  • Ensuring lean-Agile principles and methodologies are incorporated in all we do

Qualifications

  • 5+ years complex program management

  • 3+ years vendor contract performance management

  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding talent

  • Experience working in or supporting a lean-agile operating model

  • Experience with offshore development centers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Ability to drive for results working across multiple teams and levels of management

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Adaptable in changing environment

  • Transformational mindset

  • Strong sense of team and collaboration for success
