Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Onboarding who will play a key role in building, executing, and optimizing a structured, results-driven onboarding experience that ensures successful new hire integration across North America. This role focuses on process execution, learning content development, and delivery experience, ensuring new employees receive a seamless and impactful onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate is highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong ability to translate onboarding strategy into structured workflows and learning content while ensuring scalability and efficiency. They will be instrumental in implementing and managing a new onboarding workflow tool, optimizing automation and process improvements to create a high-quality experience.
This role collaborates closely with business partners, learning partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure onboarding is aligned with business needs and continuously evolves to drive better outcomes.
How you will contribute
Onboarding Process Execution:
Process Standardization: Develop clear, repeatable processes that enhance the onboarding experience at scale for new hires, managers, and trainers. Support ongoing operations and execution of onboarding processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with business partners, learning partners, talent acquisition , HR operations, and other key stakeholders to optimize onboarding workflows and address process challenges.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and partner with stakeholders to implement structured onboarding workflows that seek automation opportunities to streamline manual onboarding tasks and enhance the new hire experience.
Event Management: Develop the structure for recurring in-person new hire welcome events and support their facilitation and execution to enhance the onboarding experience.
Learning Content Development and Standardization:
Learning Material Creation: Develop and maintain onboarding content, including job aids, facilitator guides, FAQs, and new hire resource hub.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business partners and learning partners to refine content and ensure alignment with onboarding best practices.
New Hire Journey Curation: Design and deliver an effective learner experience by leveraging our technology stack for seamless onboarding touchpoints.
Data-Driven Onboarding Optimization:
Feedback and Improvement Loop: Collect data and insights from new hires, business teams, and other key stakeholders to refine onboarding workflows and content.
Process Optimization: Use data and structured problem-solving to identify areas for improvement and ensure a high-impact, results-driven onboarding experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Change Management:
Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with business partners, talent development, and other teams to ensure alignment on onboarding best practices.
Communication and Coordination: Ensure smooth handoffs during the onboarding lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed.
Continuous Enhancement: Support ongoing refinements and enhancements to onboarding processes, delivery, and content to adapt to changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Experience in learning and development, process improvement, onboarding program execution, change management, or organizational development.
- Expertise in instructional content creation, onboarding curriculum development, or training program execution.
- Proven ability to design and improve structured workflows and operational processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing new systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, AandM offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
