About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Relationship Manager within Global Payments & Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence highly complex initiatives, including those that are cross functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex multi-faceted, large scale and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional strategies

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Commercial Card experience

  • Excellent understanding of the Treasury Management process and associated market practices with the ability to think strategically about how to create business led solutions

  • Treasury Management product knowledge

  • Strong sense of prioritization & ability to execute against deliverables.

  • Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology & other key stakeholders, and work effectively in a large matrix organization

  • Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be implemented

  • Analytic problem solver with excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time

  • Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote)

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
