Working as a Lead Product Development Manager – Small Business Customer Experience, you will collaborate with partners to transform how customers engage with AT&T and drive growth. This spans connectivity, applications, technology, and customer service. You will use data insights to document, understand, and share the customer’s journey and transform their experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Create new experiences in anticipation of, or response to, market, competitor, or regulatory influences

  • Translate new technologies and market requirements into effortless customer experiences

  • Manage technical design and recommends capital expenditures

  • Conduct feasibility studies

  • Act as the foremost small business expert

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
