Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will provide strategic HR support, collaborate with divisional leaders, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with organizational goals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about driving employee engagement and implementing best practices to promote business success.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with executives and divisional leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and divisional performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to address employee relations concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Manage talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Facilitate performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present HR reports and insights to leadership.
• Oversee the preparation of employment agreements, offer letters, and compensation-related documents. Requirements
• Proficiency in Paylocity.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, compliance, and FMLA regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, onboarding, and compensation administration.
• Ability to prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and other HR documentation accurately.
• Skilled in conducting background checks and managing open enrollment processes.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with leaders and employees.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and their role in optimizing HR operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
