Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Dallas, Texas

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in real estate investments, personal investment management, or a family office setting. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

• Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and other financial accounts to ensure data accuracy.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the smooth flow of financial information.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within accounting systems.

• Implement and refine financial processes to enhance operational efficiency and standardization.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards while maintaining compliance.

• Support strategic initiatives related to financial planning and process improvement. Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a family office or real estate investment environment.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of small business accounting principles and practices.

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with real estate portfolios, personal investment accounts, or multifamily properties is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• A proactive, teachable, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
