Insight Global Fleet Service Analyst in Dallas, Texas

Job Description

  • Coordinates the Company-wide Fuel Management program, including enterprise process facilitation, financial compliance, authorization.

  • Oversees annual corporate vehicle & equipment disposition.

  • Works closely with department management to solicit, compile, and analyze performance activities of vehicle re-marketers.

  • Oversees the Company's vehicle licensing and permitting program.

  • Oversees and maintains company fleet records and database applications.

  • Researches and compiles various reports regarding vehicle acquisition and disposition.

  • Provides client support through the development and coordination of an effective vendor network for various fleet services.

  • Validates and processes appropriate fund allocations to divisional operations from resource recovery operations and services billings.

  • Keeps abreast of changing vehicle specifications and fleet requirements.

  • Recommends revisions to company fleet standards, practices, and specifications.

  • Coordinates monthly mileage reporting, compiles monthly mileage data, and maintains historical database and reports to various management across the enterprise.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in fleet administration, performing hands-on tasks such as invoicing, vehicle registration, executing phone calls, identifying missing data, and assisting employees with company vehicle escalations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Prior experience with data systems null
